Four steps from checkout to your door.
Step 1: Order and pay
Check out with PayPal. You enter your payment details with PayPal, never on this site.
Step 2: We prepare it
We get it ready after your payment is confirmed.
Step 3: On its way
We hand it to the carrier for the address you gave at checkout.
Step 4: Delivered
Keep your order number in case you need to contact us.

Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435)
A seller must have a reasonable basis to ship within the time it states, or within 30 days if it states none. If it can’t, it must tell you before then and let you agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt, full refund.

PayPal’s Purchase Protection Program
Eligible PayPal purchases may be covered if the item doesn’t arrive (open a claim within 180 days of payment) or is significantly not as described, including damaged in shipment (within 30 days of delivery, or 180 days of payment if sooner). PayPal decides eligibility; its program excludes some items, including custom-made items for “not as described” claims.

General Business Law § 218-a — Disclosure of refund policies
Online retailers must show their refund policy near the item or before asking for billing details, and you are entitled to a written copy of it on request.

Civil Code § 1723 — Disclosure of refund policies
A seller that doesn’t give full refunds or exchanges for at least seven days after purchase must display that policy clearly. Custom goods received as ordered are exempt.
